Web Returns

*Update 3.13.17 - Please be advised that effective March 2017, it may take up to one week to process your returns.

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item.
Save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
  • All Clearance items ($29.00 or less) can only be returned for exchange OR store credit.
  • Items with college embroidery can only be exchanged.
  • For exchanges, see Exchanges portion. Your payment will be refunded once exchange order is verified.

WEB REFUNDS

  1. On the back of your packing slip you will see a “Returns” and “Exchanges” section.
  2. Write down any item you are returning under the “returns” area.
  3. Fill out the corresponding reason, size and SKU
  4. Include original paperwork in package and send to return address above.

WEB EXCHANGES

  1. On the back of your packing slip you will see a “Returns” and “Exchanges” section.
  2. Fill out the back of the form your package came with. Please the item you are returning under “Returns” and the item you would like under “Exchanges”
  3. You will be responsible for your return to us. Any exchange order must be placed by Jofit to receive free shipping, back to you.

DAMAGED WEB RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. You’ll find contact information for the merchant shipper in the product box.

Jofit uses some of the newest and most advanced fabrics available. On rare occasion, the use of these fabrics can yield unexpected results. If you have any questions, please contact CustomerService@jofit.com.


 

Retail Store Returns/Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase.
  • Any returns made after 30 days are eligible for exchange, or may be returned for current retail value.
  • Any returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit.
  • Returns may take up to 2-5 business days to be processed.
