The holidays are a wonderful opportunity to see family & friends, eat, drink, and party. But if you’re like me, you’ll spend so much time preparing that come party time you’ll be too tired to have any fun. This year’s going to be different...I’m going to take the time to find balance and stay healthy (both physically and mentally) in order to enjoy the holidays to the fullest. I’m carving some daily “me-time” into every single day to prepare for the onslaught of daily responsibilities that will inevitably find their way into my ledger. I make the time to exercise, play tennis, play golf, or just belt out a few tunes in the shower. These activities help me relax and organize my thoughts. They also help me fit into my pants (well, except for singing in the shower).
